Parmesan Pepper Breadsticks

Biscuit dough is seasoned with herbs, then rolled thin in parmesan cheese and baked until crisp.

Black pepper, ground

Garlic salt

Parmesan cheese, shredded

  1. Mix water, biscuit mix, basil, oregano, black pepper and garlic salt in large mixing bowl according to box directions, until a soft dough is formed. Do not overmix.
  2. Portion dough using a #40 scoop.
  3. Roll biscuits in cheese into a 10 inch rope, (longer for thinner breadsticks).
  4. Place cheese sticks on parchment-lined full sheet pans and bake.
