Grilled Cod with Citrus Dill Sauce

Citrus Dill Sauce

Citrus Dill Sauce
  1. Add yoghurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice and salt free seasoning to stainless steel bowl.
  2. Stir using a whisk until combined.
Grilled Cod
  1. Marinate cod with lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic; allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease grill thoroughly to avoid sticking; grill 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serving
  1. Plate 1 cod fillet and drizzle #16 scoop (2 oz) Citrus Dill Sauce.
  2. Cut orange slices in half; garnish with 1 piece before serving.
