Chilled, veggie-packed summer soup takes a tangy twist with Yoplait® yogurt.

Lemon zest

  1. Add yogurt and tomato juice to medium mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; blend using an immersion blender until mixture is smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to blend flavors before serving.

  • Garnish each bowl with 1 lemon twist if desired.
