Filling
  1. Place all filling ingredients in a greased full steam table pan (12 x 20 x 2 1/2-inchs).
  2. Mix until combined.
Topping
  1. Crush cereal until broken into small pieces and place in large bowl; add remaining topping ingredients and stir until combined.
  2. Spread topping evenly over the fruit mixture (some fruit may show through topping layer).
  3. Cover pan with foil for first 15 minutes of baking; remove foil when rotating pan halfway through bake.
