Crispy Biscuit Flatbreads

Begin with frozen biscuit dough, caraway, poppy seeds and oregano.....end with ultra-thin seasoned cracker-like crisps. Delicious and so easy!

Poppy seeds

Oregano leaves, dried

  1. Thaw biscuit pucks, covered, for 15-20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Mix caraway seeds, poppy seeds and dried oregano in small mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each biscuit with seed mixture; roll out as thinly as possible without tearing dough.
  4. Place rolled-out biscuit dough onto parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  5. Bake as directed below; allow to cool before serving and hold at room temperature lightly covered until ready to serve.
